Someone know any tutorial explaining how to perform a automatized land with CRJ-700?

I tried some videos on Youtube, but none of them helped me.

Thanks

ILS is not an automatic landing system first of all. Second, learn to do it in small planes first. There are some great tutorials right on this forum.

As stated, ILS is not ALS.  If you do an ILS correctly you can fly to the runway but must continue the landing procedure, for your aircraft, manually.  First by turning off the AP.  Then spoilers, reverse thrust, brakes, and whatever for your aircraft.

That is my current understanding.  I am unaware of an FSX aircraft having ALS.

The PMDG FSX MD11 has ILS autoland.  I tell you, I was never a fan of heavy metal, I have always been into fighters, I love my Aerosoft F16, Accel FA18 and my Cap Sim FA18D, but this MD11 is so cool.  All of the systems are modeled and this plane will land you right on a runway.

The only problem that I have come across is that there are airports where the ILS is not active for some reason.  An example is that at KHOU you can not do an autoland on 12R, but you can on 30L and it is the same runway!  Go figure.

The CS MD80 Pro will also autoland, but I do not think it is fully automated like the PMDG MD11.  Also I have the CS MD80 Pro, but I have not gotten into learning the system yet, so I can not tell you what the autoland experience is like, but the manual does say that it has autoland.

the 747-400 from PMDG has ALS as well. and 777 from wilco has it too.. and there is plenty out there. but none of the generic FSX planes have autoland, and most of the cockpits have been simplified to include everyone in the FS experience.

but do a bit of research and you shall find there is plenty of life like aircrafts out there to fit even the most advanced users,

only thing I am missing tho is more life like whirlybirds
