Guy's, I seem to be having a problem with my computer trying to read my FSX discs. I have no problem with any othe source material on disc that the computer has to read. More fiddling!!. I Keep an older PC with FS2004 installed. This PC has 2 DVD writers. I tested my FSX Gold discs in the 2 DVD readers and they were 'explorable'. This PC and the laptop were running XP SP3.

I can only surmise that the FSX install on our PCs or Win 7 is somehow messing up our ability to look at our FSX DVDs.

The fact that I eventually managed to read an FSX disc on my gamer PC shows that there must be some way to achieve our aim.

I will now seek inspiration from a can of Boddingtons.
