Hi. Scenery Area 115 is the FSX Addon Scenery folder itself. This is activated by default. Make sure you haven't deleted the Addon Scenery\Scenery sub-folder. Should be a Texture sub-folder in there too.

Thanks Hagar, I ended up having to do a system restore to resolve the issue.
While I have you here Hagar, do you have the same problem with flashing/flickering runway textures in FSX. It appears that there are many sufferer's of this problem.
I found a post on Avsim FSX forum around page 6 that suggested using ADE to change a small portion of the texture on the apron of any offending

I'm not the best person to give advice on FSX. I recently installed it on my ancient machine & have not noticed this problem myself.

I found a post on Avsim FSX forum around page 6 that suggested using ADE to change a small portion of the texture on the apron of any offending  airport, i.e. if the runway is asphalt, change texture on apron to concrete  and vice versa for a concrete  runway, just change portion of apron from concrete to asphalt texture.
It seems to have done the trick for most who have tried, but not for me unfortunately.
I cannot get the scenery library to recognise the new .bgl when i try to ativate the file which is inserted in the Add -On Scenery Folder in the maim FSX directory.
Have you ny idea why the .bgl file is not being recognised.
I know its a long shot asking this much of you but  who else has better knowledge tha you Hagar. Not many I think.

Regard's, Bucaneer.

The easiest way of installing that BGL file would be to pop it in the Addon Scenery\Scenery folder I mentioned. It will be automatically activated the next time you run FSX.
