Hi. If you mean the Cirrus posted on this page it's already configured for FSX. http://www.simviation.com/simviation/?ID=61&page=13&mark=3662

See if this tute helps. http://www.simviation.com/fsxaircraftinstall.htm

If you have problems please post again.

thank you.
Drag and drop. Cool.

I hv also downloaded the G3 turbo version. Seems to hv some difficulty switching on the panel lighting at night using Shift+L in the VC.  2D cockpit was ok.  Any advice?

I note that this aircraft was originally intended for FS9 & modified by a 3rd party for FSX. It's possible that some features won't work properly in FSX. I'll check it out for you but won't promise I can fix it.

thank you so much, Sir.  So glad that i can fly nice planes like this. Still flyable at night [i can do a quick toggle to 2D cockpit with my thumb on the "back" button of the xbox controller].  But it would be good if we could hv it in the VC.

btw, i hv also downloaded the Cessna 310 [ http://www.simviation.com/simviation/in ... =61&page=5 ]
the whole airframe was translucent, almost transparent when loaded. only the pilot and gauges are normal.  Anything i can tweak in the cfg file to make it appears normally?

I tried the Cirrus VC lighting at night. No luck I'm afraid. You'll just have to use the 2D panel.

The Cessna 310 is a native FSX model which should perform well in FSX. Have you installed the SP1 & SP2 updates? (Make sure you need them first.)

I was going to post a link earlier but didn't want to confuse you.

Acceleration includes SP2 so it's obviously not the cause of your problem. That's what I meant when I said make sure you need the updates first. Perhaps I should have pointed this out earlier. Sorry, I have no idea what to suggest now.
