I think you can do it by writing a batch file (using windows editor for example). I am no expert at this, but I think you can find a lot of instructions when you search in google.

As Bob pointed out, the beauty of FSX is that it has its own multiple screen-grab feature. For the first time in the history of MSFS there is no need to use 3rd party screen-grab software for taking more than one screenshot per session. Pressing the V key will automatically save the shots in BMP format to your My Pictures\Flight Simulator X Files folder. (The location might depend on your OS.) You can then open them in your favourite graphics editor to resize/save in JPEG format for posting on the forum.

BMP images tend to be large files so if you take a lot of screenshots it's a good idea to have the occasional clearout.
