Problem Uninstalling FSX

I'm trying to do a Clean FSX Accleration install following directions provided by Fly2e however I have problem uninstalling the program using the Add/Remove program. I tried it three times and tried it with Perfect Untinstaller but it remains among the list in the Add/Remove program. It also shows in the Window Explorer. Any ideas why the problem with uinstall?

Follow up. I deleted the program in the Windows Explorer and tried removing it again from the Add/Remove but still no joy. What it's doing is showing the following message during the uninstall: "A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\Windows\Installer\FSXX.msi". I am unable to find that file.
