Does anyone know how to access the 'Walk and Follow' feature on FSX ??    [used with the C-130 from flight deck to cargo cabin]

Walk And Follow is not a built-in feature of FSX, but a add-on program:http://www.igfly.com/screenshots.php?product=dbs-waf
