scenery libary help

Not sure whats going on here but when I select the folder i want to add and hit ok it just opens it up. the help on fsx was useless in trying to find the cure. any thoughts on what is going on here?

I am about to upgrade from Vista to W7. Are there any significant FS issues? Do I have to reinstall addons? Is this discussed in another thread (I can't find one)Thanks.
