Taxi Progressive Indicator not show up

Postby FSXAddicter » Sun Dec 13, 2009 8:34 am

           Hi master pilots,
I am newbie here. I installed and played well FSX deluxe + sp1 sp2. I play it on my macbookpro with Geforce 8600 256 MB graphic card. I set unlimited FPS and highest detailed scenery. Everything looks great except taxi indicator doesn't show up even on Top-view. Pls someone helps me. And how can I get DX10 and these add-on

SP2 and/or Accleration
Ultimate Terrain X
Flight Environment X
Ground Environment X
Other add-ons such as Graphics X and ASX are optional.

I am using DirectX 9 now.
Thanks :)

DX10  (officially) only supported by Windows Vista and 7. There's a version for XP that was patched by a group of programmers, but I found it to be useless with FSX.

As for the taxi route indication, I'd have to ask this: Are you sure you're asking the tower to taxi, and that you are given a taxi route?

Thank for quick reply.
I just find taxi indicator works fine again. But sometimes it disappears when you keep on long straight line and appears again on the curve lines. Btw how many fps should I set for best performance and ground texture details?
  Thanks

Depends on your system. Try anything from 30 to 40 and see what works best for you.
