Dual Boot Xp32 and W7 64 for FSX: Acronis DD perhaps?

Hello to all.
Sorry for my ignorance, but I would like to know if it is possible and how to build a system for dual booting, one 32 bits (WXP Pro) and the other, the new W7 x64 both for FSX.
I need it because I want to run some airplanes and gauges that use older versions of Reality XP gauges (reality xp STAWS, Sendel, Apollo, and other line gauges) that are only compatible with 32 bits systems as well as of the some Dreamfleet airplanes that uses the older versions of RXP Garmins (wich runs a 16 bit application behind for the proper function of the garmins and are not compatible with x64 systems: garmin trainers)
On the other hand, I want to run fsx at same time, but under W7 x64 for general purpose.
My system is a q9550 @ 3.4 , 4Gb ram 1066 gskill Pi, P45 mobo, Gtx 275 (possibly 5870 in the future)
I have two HD: WD 640G 32mb cache and WD1TB 32 mb too (black editions boths) directly attached to SATA ports at the motherboard.
Now I am on XP 32pro SP3.
My question is, how can I do this? never did this before cause I didnt need it and second: and how FSX knows where are their files under different systems? having the different location of fsx config files between (outside FSX main folder, which also can vary between OS native lenguage) I guess that FSx would install it scenery config files and FSx main cfg files in different location for each OS (at least it did on my xp32 and vista 64 machines)
Is it too complex? which problems may this dual boot config bring? I know that Acronis DD can build a dual boot but never tested it under this context.
I wil appreciatte any tech and or experienced advise.
Many thanks!
Mario
