Hi,
I downloaded the YF-22 for FSX and it looks pretty nice, but I'm not completely happy with the flight characteristics. (no offense to anyone involved of creating the jet.) I also have an F-16 which is nice, and I'd like to know if there's a way to transfer the F-16s flight characteristics to the YF-22 jet, so it looks like the F-22 but flies like the F-16 I use. Thanks for any help.

1. Open the Aircraft.cfg and scroll down until you see the [flight_tuning] section, this is the flight characteristics.
2. Switch them out with the F-16's
Hope that helps

Thanks. So I can just replace the F-22's 'flight tuning' with the F-16's?

No No.. I'm saying that the flight-tuning is just like it sounds... tuning.
The rest of the aircrft.cfg file contains the data that makes a model behave the way it's supposed to.
Wingspan, wing area, winkg apex, weight, CoG, MOI, control surface are and deflection, thrust type/location/amount.. etc etc...
