Hi Could some one Please explain very simply How I install Aircraft down loaded files into FSX Pictures would be Nice

I download all my aircraft into a download folder on my C drive.

Pretty well every new plane or repaint I ever dl'd had a 'read me' file which seems to explain the install process quite well.

That has not been my experience.
