Missing aircraft

Hi There, in my Sim objects/airplanes folder I have a number of aircraft that dont show up in the Current aircraft Tab on the FSX free flight page. They are the Grummin goose, Dash 8 and the maule. Is there any way I can activate them.
I dont have the delux version of FTX but all the files for the aircraft seem to be Present.

The Dash 8 will never be shown, as the default one is AI only. As for the Goose and Maule, check that their aircraft.cfg files are valid.

I believe I read here that you must have FSX Deluxe in order to fly those planes, otherwise, as stated, they are AI only.

The Maule and Goose are only flyable in the Deluxe/Gold editions. The Dash-8 is only AI.

If you add the default C-172 panel-folder (or any other) to the maule or goose (just copy and paste into the main aircraft folder) they are flyable...

OK thanks, I have copied and pasted.
Just one more quesion, how do I select the aircraft? it still isnt in the current aircraft folder

It should be!
Make sure you've copied the entire panel-folder correctly (not linked/shortcut, not just the content,...) so that you have the texture-folders, panel folder, aircraft.cfg etc. at the same layer.
