Relocating FSX

My primary HD which has the OS and the FSX is running out of space. I do have two other HDs however with a lot more space. What would be the best way for me to transfer the program. Can I load the FSX now while it's still in the primary HD? or do I have to uninstall it first before re-loading it to the other HD?

You can move it, but there are some stuff to modify in the registry. It was already discussed in the past and I explained what to do in details, try to find that topic with the Search :)
(Sorry, I don't remember all the details now)

I did this a while ago. I'll go find the thread. To my knowledge, I didn't need to change anything in the registry, yet anyway. Nothing has requried me to and everything works.

Any 3rd party FS desgin tools will need to be updated with correct paths as will your sceneries if they're not in the main FSX/Addon Scenery/Scenery ot Texture folders.
