Honnestly, 4000$ for a gaming computer with no screen and unknown motherboard is way too expensive. I personnaly prefer to build my computers myself, choosing carefully my components, and only the components that are really needed.

But that's your choice and your money, so let's comment:
- an i7 is good for FSX.
- cores running at 3,6GHz are very good for FSX framerates (provided they do not melt). I really don't like this "overclocked" word. Do they provide an appropriate cooling system too ?
- 9Gb of RAM are useless. 6 were already more than enough.
- the hardrives seem to be really fast, that's good too.
- dual video cards are useless. One is enough, FSX will not use the second one anyway.
- I prefer NVidia, I don't like ATI, but that's just my choice. I suppose both are good.
- do you really need Vista64 if you also get Win7 ?
- only one year warranty ?

That's all for me.

$4,000 is WAY too much for that system. You can probably build it for $2,500 yourself.

No monitor for $4,000? For that much, they better give me that system AND a free round trip ticket to Hawai'i with an all inclusive vacation plan in there somewhere

ATi is no good for FSX, but is best for other games.

One year warranty? You can get much more warranty if you build a system yourself, plus the feeling of having saved thousands of dollars and having done something yourself ;)

Alienware suck.

Get 6gb of ram, DDR3-1600+

and single GTX 285,,, its slower than 5870 but is better in fsx.

Core i7 950

ASUS p6t deluxe v2

Um, of course it will run, stupid! Stop bragging about your rig. (Oh, and btw, I got an Alienware once. It was a $3,000 model. I installed FSX and the processor MELTED)

Good luck.

That kind of attitude is not the kind of attitude that Simviation is all about.
