Not able to maneuver on ground - UPDATE -

Suddenly I am not able to maneuver ANY of my aircraft after landing. Sometimes it just starts going around in circles. No problems flying, just controlling it on the ground. Any ideas?
Thanks
Update: Have noticed that upon landing the rudder is sometimes hard left and sometimes hard right. I'm not controlling rudder position.
Update 2: Seems to ba a problem only with IFR and ILS. VFR with manual landing not a problem?

Are you landing, and Taxiing, with the Autopilot switched on?.... :o...
....(and the aircraft is not correctly trimmed after the Autopilot is switched off)?
Before landing, switch the Autopilot off, and re-trim.

Note: The Autopilot is intended to "Guide" you...not "Land" you!...;)...!

AP is off before landing.
Never had this problem before.
Can fly IFR with AP and not use ILS app and all is OK
Can fly VFR using AP and no ILS app and its OK
The ILS app seems to be the problem.
By "retrim" you mean to manually set vert and horiz positions to 0 before landing? That was not necessary before.
Also thinking might be autorudder. How do you know if autorudder is on r off? I know how to set it on/off (Ctrl + U) but don't know what the position is?

Thanks

Auto Rudder in FS 2004...;)...!

Menu > Aircraft > Realism Settings > Auto Rudder.

If you are using a Twist Stick or Rudder Pedals, un-tick the option..;)...!

P.S....an after thought...are you trying to land on the runway "Backcourse", using the ILS Frequency?
Tuning to ATIS in advance will tell you the correct runway to land on.
Tuning ILS to the wrong runway approach will spin the Aircraft around to intercept the correct runway.

Try all this out by using the Default Cessna 172 Trainer..;)...!

I'm using FSX
Not using BC
Regardless whether I have Aircraft Realism Autorudder clicked or unclicked, same thing happens.
If I use Ctrl + U immediately after landing it behaves.
Crs set to correct Rwy
Thinking might have a corrupt file.
Will try reinstalling. Have a few other issues as well.

Thanks again

How did you control your A/C before you had this problem.   There are only two ways if you're on the ground.  You can use the Rudder if there's enough air passing over it (+15 kts) or the brakes (left/right).

If you say you're having no problems in the air then I'd check that your brakes are working properly

Thanks everyone for your ideas. Reinstalled FSX and everything is ok now. Must have been a corrupted file.  :D
