I make the presumption that a lot of hard work has go into building the scenery files and perhaps like Microsoft Office the myth has it that only 20% of the product is actually used.

What I'm trying to find is a listing of sites I can visit when I fly into a coutry (on my round the world trip) , for example Paris in France is easy, you are able to circulate around paris picking off the various tourist locations, but what about places like Portugal, Morocco and perhaps other African Countries as I head down south before crossing over into Asia....

I'm aware of the easter egg listing, but I would have thought a list must be somewhere of other sites to see????

Any help would be great..

Good subject! I also would like to see a listing of great scenery in FSX.

Please let's keep this to freeware or default.

Where better than here to start one! Let's not refer to other listings here but make suggestions.

If we get enough this could become a sticky!  8-)

The pyramids in Egypt (default), for one. The sphinx is fun to land near! I've never checked out the great wall of China, but plan to. All 3000 miles of it! Nice topic, by the way.

Stonehenge is a bit hard to find but worth the effort. Default FSX England scenery is kind of nice to fly a low and slow flight around. I'd recommend a helicopter with a good unobstucted view.
