VA KNTK Tustin MCAS does not show

Hello,

I downloaded Virtual Airforce's KNTK Tustin MCAS scenery from Simviation.  I also have MegaSceneryX Southern California, this scenery also has a KNTK.

Strangely enough the VA KNTK will only show up in the FSX airport list when the MSX SoCal KNTK is active.  If I deactivate the MSX SoCal KNTK then the VA KNTK is no where to be found, FSX does not show it as an available airport in California.

Any ideas why this is so?  It seems that if I did not have MSX SoCal the VA KNTK airport would have never worked.
