Look, I know there are carriers out there......it's just that well they all seem kinda lame. So I am looking to see where I can get a non acceleration FSX carrier that actually works, and if possible...can I place it anywhere in the world?

The one here: http://www.simviation.com/simviation/download.php?ID=6095 seems to be just what I am looking for....

I want to use it with Dino's F/A -18............mmmm kay?

Should have been posted in the FSX board.... ;)

Also, post a link with name to the actual page that the addon is listed on. I have no idea what addon package that is without downloading it

There are a few static carriers in the default FSX scenery, and if you look through the scenery sections, there are scenery packs with carriers

There are plenty of static carriers as BFMF has pointed out. They're pretty good. There's one near the Golden Gate Bridge which is pretty nice.

the only problem with the static ones are, he wants to put the carrier where HE wants it to be. if he doesnt want it in CA near the Golden Gate, then that is where he doesnt want it.

I have comprised a collection from FS2004 (Carriers 2006 package) that seem to work in FSX fairly decently.   You would need FS2004 craft with RCBCO2.0 for the carriers to work the way they should. (ultimately you would be flying FS9 craft, landing on a FS9 carrier, IN FSX).

there are a total of 18 carriers placed around the world.  If you would like the package let me know by PM and I will see to it that you get a link to the package.
