This will probably be moved to the Scenery Design forum...but 'till then..

Do you have the FSX-SDK installed? (comes with FSX Deluxe or Gold)

Probably one of the easiest tools for placing scenery objects in FSX is the Abacus Scenery Shortcut utility.
http://www.abacuspub.com/catalog/s700.htm

It exploits the SDK's Mission Builder-Object Placement Tool to allow you to place scenery objects. It's explained on the download page. You have to go thru the 'checkout' process to download, but there is no charge.

A feature of this method is 'live view', you see the object in the sim as you place it.

Another program is 'Scruffyducks' ADE 1.40 (Airport Design Editor). This has all the tools necessary to edit or create airports for FSX.
http://www.downloadcenter.scruffyduck.org.uk/

One of the features allows you to place scenery objects at the airport.

Another method is to create 'almost static' ai flightplans (traffic*.bgl). You create flightplans so the aircraft remain parked except for short flights during times you normally do not fly. Advantage-generally higher detail ac. Disadvantage-more system load rendering ai ac than static objects. Also you have to create enough parking for the ai ac.

One way is to add it manually but u will need to know a few details about the object which is easy to locate at the following site: http://lc0277.nerim.net/sceneobjects/
