I'm partial to Yakutat, Alaska, myself (PAYA). That's the region I generally fly out of and the place has a nice real feel to it.

East Europe:
take off UBBB (Baku Inl Airp. Azerbaijan) and head to
UGGG (Tbilisi, Georgia) U will contemplate Caspian Sea followed by beautifull chain of Caucasion Mountains on your way. Welcome to my home area.

Europe = EBBT brasschaat army. Really nice location and perfect for soaring !
Europe = Texel, the Nederlands( I don't know the code ). It's lovely at sunset or dawn
America = All the small airports around the grand canyon. And St. Maarten in the bahamas. It has some lovely freeware scenery packs which makes it look like paradise

Great work guys! We got quite a list going on here

I would also add two more categories to the list:

-the most challenging runways (like in alpines with very difficult approaches)
-the most unique runways (there are not too many of them) for example:

check Barra Island (North Scotland). The flight schedule entirely depends on the tidal waters. Airport stops working when the runway is coverd by sea water. Interesting. Isn't it? There are two such airport in the world and the secon one is somewhere in Australia.

I will look into Barra Island.. never heard of a tidal airport in Australia though...
