Sttuter just before touch down when landing

I ran FSX with most sliders to the maximum with Zero sttuters and very good FPS.
Only time I get an annoying sttuter is just before touch down, like 3 feet altitude before the wheels touch.
I suspect it could be sound related because the sttuter comes, then the sound of the plane on the runway comes.

Does anyone else get this?

Yes. I think it's when it loads the touchdown sound from the disk.
