That was the first thing that I said when I saw this, honestly.
I had seen videos and screenshots of this, but they did not prepare me for what I was in store for. I was simply blow away when I first launched FSX today after hooking it all up.
I'm running it on 3 25.5" in Acer monitors and the fov is stunning.
No issues with setup and frame rates are fine. I didn't have to reduce anything in the settings from where they were when using a single monitor. All that was required was changing the resolution.
This is probably the best purchase I have ever made for my pc gaming hobby. If anyone has ever considered it, get it, it is worth every cent. It would be very difficult for me to ever go back to a single monitor again. The immersion this offers must be seen to really appreciate it.
I got mine from ProVantage for $288.08 shipped. That was the best price I could find.
I have had no issues with any game I have tried. They are all working beautifully with it. Rise of Flight does have the 'vert-' effect, but I understand that is being worked on and should be in a upcoming patch pretty soon now. It isn't too bad now, but will be better once corrected. Hopefully they will get it as good as it is in FSX.
rFactor, Fallout 3, Oblivion, Test Drive Unlimited are all amazing with this. I'm loving it
