How to desable default road and building

I've just installed Aerosoft Austria Pro X package with FSX acceleration,

Have you tried asking that in the Aerosoft Support forum here?

They have excellent support and if it's happened before they'll know about it.
My guess is that something is out of order in the Scenery Library.
