Is there a website for high-altitude weather?

I'm constantly running into turbulence while cruising at around FL290-FL360, and sometimes climbing higher wouldn't work because it gets too cold. Is there a website that will show me real time high-altitude weather so I can guess what my REX is using for turbulence?
Thanks!

Aviation weather center
AIRMETS and SIGMETS will give you the info you want.
http://adds.aviationweather.gov/airmets/The symbol you want to look for is something like _/\_ the numbers beside it is the altitude at which it is occurring. For example:
_/\_ 100

Thanks for the pointer! That's a great site, I'll have to see if I can use it to plan my routes better.
The problem is that sometimes at FL290-360 the temperature is about -50C, and I have no idea if going up or down might put me in either a less turbulent zone or a warmer one... so unfortunately usually I descend a few thousand feet, and it's bumpy the entire way :-?

Barbr,
If you get ActiveSky (payware)..... not only will you be totally amazed at the realism of the weather and the variety of wind and cloud effects..... but you can get a full "winds aloft" report for your entire flight broken down by flight levels. Lets you plan requests to ATC for level change that make sense.
best,

Active Sky is nice, but it makes my FSX very unstable, causing it to randomly crash usually every hour or two of flying.
