1. Dont post flight simulator questions in general discussion. This should go in the flight simulator section.
2. There are no "programs" that let you download planes. You'll have to learn. Maybe this can help

Take a look around the forums here, or read the "ReadMe" file that is included with every download you get here, there will be instructions.
What flight sim are you using?

Moved it here so you get some better responses since it is FSX specific.

Download addons and read the readme file that is included with them (95% of addons have them). Make sure that whatever you download works with FSX... You can't just download anything and expect it to work for FSX. After a while of reading those readme files you'll know how to do things without reading them (although you should still read them!... BELIEVE ME!)

Just one thing, that may sound a bit silly: actually, aircraft with auto-installs are the most difficult to install.
Auto-installs are usually a big source of pain for the experienced users. Most of us here, when launching an auto-install of a given plane, will tell it to install NOT into the FSX folder, but rather into a dummy, fake folder, like c:\temp\FSX in may case, for example.
Of course, this dummy folder is supposed to be perfectly empty (or maybe containing a copy of the FSX.exe, because some programs will look for it).
In this way, since the folder was empty, you are absolutely SURE about what files are being installed by your new plane. And you can transfer manually each of those files to the correct places, carefully avoiding to overwrite default effects or sounds, stuff like that. Install is easy, really. Effects to the effects folder, sounds to the sounds folder, aircraft to the simobject\airplanes folder, etc... Most of the times, an aircraft has a readme that explains exactely what goes where.

most addons come in a .zip file with the relative filepaths already set for extraction, this means that all you have to do is click extract (in winzip or whatever you use to extract .zips), make sure it is set to use path names (there

I learned how to do the download and extract thingie from the FAQ section here.
Trust me when I say, "If I can do it, anyone can!"
I was (keyword: WAS!) the most computer illiterate flight-simmer in the known world before I discovered SimV and the like.....then I went to 'school' here.
I have recently graduated from dweebie noob, to super noob, then to ultra noob! Gonna get master noob soon! ;)
Trust me point #2-----> If you really FUBAR something, all you have to do is uninstall then re-install! I've done it!
Twice actually!
But now, I have a 'hangar' full of 130+ aircraft ranging from a Jenny to the Millenium Falcon!
I even have made some novelty stuff! Like a 707 with prop engine sound effects, a'la "Airplane"!!!
