But in microsofts defense I will say that when they announce a date it is usually right on or early.

And for the COF planes, in DX9 mode they work quite perfect in FSX.
My FSX hangar cotains the C-182, the Jenny (well, when the FSX native version did not exist yet), the Vimy, the Vega, the Comet, and the Trimotor. All of them work without any bugs, and they look just great.

I guess this thread was just meant to be a joke, but it is the type of 'joke' that should be confined to the more uncontrolled and aggressive forums on other sites.

Once most users have upgraded their hardware most of this nonsense disappears.

FSX is so much better than FS9, with so many new features, and huge add-on potential for great landscapes like UTX and FTX, and already more aircraft than most of us could ever fly in a long time of simming.

A: Holiday 2006. And we are dedicated to providing service packs as we are aware of mistakes that were made and will correct them the best we can however some problems we can not fix (see question #6 about compatibility)
