Addons in mutiplayer

Hi, probably a silly question but, in multiplayer do you have to have a particular add on plane installed on your pc to see it in multiplayer if another person is flying it?

If I remember correctly, if you do not have the aircraft they are flying... you will not see it, and vice versa. You will see something default like the Acceleration F-18 or something similar.

No - you have to have the specific model installed to see it.
