Link to FSX Optimization page/manual?
Posted: Tue Mar 31, 2009 8:55 amWas running FSX SP2 on Vista 32 until recently but I have reinstalled XP Pro on my new PC as Vista doesn't like some of my music software (ie Cubase!).
I've completed Nick's excellent guide to optimizing XP - can anyone point me at the link for optimizing the FSX settings and the Nvidia control panel settings (the current one not the old control panel)?
I was using the FPS Limiter utility to good effect in FSX on VISTA however it doesn't appear to work using FSX on my XP Pro install:(
FPS is all over the place and the sim stutters badly when banking in VC view. So far I only have UTX, FEX and REX installed.
Any thoughts or links would be greatly appreciated!
