Saving Rewards Before Reinstalling FSX?

I need to reinstall fsx as i dont have any runway lights from a mod i installed.

My question is how do i backup the rewards and pilot records as i dont want to lose all of them when i reinstall as there is alot of hours there.

The problem was i did not have the hidden folders shown ::) ;D
