Jeppesen X FSX
Posted: Wed Mar 25, 2009 11:48 amI used to fly FSX with the Jeppesen SIMChart 4.0 as addon. I'm now flying with FS9, where SIMChart does not work. Is it any way to open SC4 without FSX? I asked Jeppesen, they did not answer me

Usually programs like these are meant to work with one sim only. If Jeppexen can not help you I am not sure who can.
