Aircraft CFG

Postby PingPong » Mon Mar 23, 2009 10:19 am

Hi everyone, quick question, I want to change the speed settings in the Carenado Piper Cherokee (clean and dirty stall, cruise, glide etc...)to match the ones in the plane I am doing flight training on, do I simply change the values in the aircraft.cfg?

Can I make an additional iteration of the plane that appears in the aircraft list so I can label it TRAINER.

Thanks

you can make another variant of the plane by adding another [FLIGHTSIM.X] section in the .cfg file... but whatever changes you make to the flight dynamics will apply for all variations

your best bet is to make a copy of the aircraft folder, rename the aircraft (cfg, air file, the works) and edit from there  :)

Cheers
