So I tried that tool from the topic "stutters stutters and microsttuters  ...a fix".I unrared it and opened up the interface. I put the fsx.exe in there and it created the bat file like it should. When I double click it it says it cannot find FPS_Limiter. It is there. On my desktop. After that it gives me  a command prompt. In other words, the BAT file fsx.exe.limited does not give me FSX when I click on it. Thanks

It sounds like you have moved the folder from where it was when you made the bat file. You need to delete the bat file that you have at moment and then re start from the beginning. Once the bat file has been made you cannot move any part of the folder or rename it at all. As long as the bat knows the location of the FSX.exe file all should be well.  ;)
