Does the splash screen of FSX Deluxe look any different  than the standard FSX splashscreen?

Is it possible for you to control atc without multiplayer? Like when I fly a plane I can be in the tower telling my airplane what to do in Deluxe Edition?

Don't know about the first one. I only know my Deluxe splashscreen. For the second one, the answer is no. Only in multiplayer can you do that.
