Aircraft exits

This is a really sad question but it is driving me nuts. The aircraft exits will not stay open they do sometimes but not others. I know I am doing something stupid but can not for the life of me work out what.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? thanks :-?

Are you by the fuel pumps? If so, FS has a bug where the doors do not stay open.

Hey thanks for that. never knew about that bug so all good now when I park away from fuel points. :) :)
