Free IR Tracking system

Anyone know anything about this:

It seems like it a cheap option for those that are handy with a tool or two

It has been discussed in the Hardware and Homebuilt Cockpit forums.

Use the forum search function for freetrack in those 2 forums. Use year or (all posts) for the '.....made in last' field.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
