Hello, I have been having problems with FSX (but don't we all?

Hi there

Sorry cant help with the sound problem but it sounds like you have IE8 installed. It causes this problem with the kneeboard, so decide if you want the kneeboeard or IE8 dont think you can have both, until a fix for it comes out, if it will.

That won't work, it says,"Setup cannot continue because a more recent version of Internet Explorer as been detected on this computer."  I need some way to like unistall IE8 first or something...

I think you can just uninstall it and it will revert back to IE7. Go to Windows 'Add Remove programs in the Control Panel. I havent got it so dont know for sure but after all the legal wranglings MS had with the other browser companies I think it has to be 'Uninstallable' by law but I'm up for correction if I'm wrong.
