Try unchecking DX10 Preview in your FSX Settings.

Is it clearly marked in the settings??? Or is there a sub catagory??

It's clearly marked, you can't miss it.

... That's only if you have a card capable of DX10 (I'm sure you do) and running Windows Vista.

Open up FSX, click on settings on the bottom left, and then on the bottom click 'customize'



It doesn't show on mine because I don't have Vista therefore can't run DX10. Just leave it unchecked if you do have DX10 capability because in FSX it causes too many problems with textures and 99% of addons won't work with it. And it's not even full DX10 it's only a preview and doesn't look much different at all from DX9

ok, i was searching in the settings last night and dont recall DX10. And I dont have Windows Vista and dont have Acceleration....hmmm

I really appreciate all the help! I just want it to work. I crew chief on an actual B-25...So it means a lot to me to get this lil guy working properly!!

I just downloaded it and installed it. Everything works fine on my side. Try reinstalling it.

I uninstalled & reinstalled it twice last night with the same results. My guess would be somewhere in the settings or something like that.  

Is DX10 only for Vista?

I made sure I read through the "read me" files and tried to do everything the creator asked to do....just no paint on the a/c.

I don't think re-installing it will help. Sounds like a graphics issue to me.

Do you have the FSX SP2 update installed? According to the file description the B-25 is optimised for it.

No I dont have the SP2 installed. How do I get that?

Elroy, installing SP2 should do it. I forgot that the model was made for SP2. And anyways, I always automatically assume that everyone is on SP2 Although they should be
