New to FSX 3 questions.

Postby sonic » Wed Mar 04, 2009 2:01 am

I have read around the fsx forum but I finally got fsx running pretty well so I have three questions.
1 I lost my link to the thread by Nick on in game (sim) settings I looked around the stickey's but I didnt see it to much info overloads by brain.LOL

2 I was looking into GEXnhanced but was worried about FPS. With fs9 i could install anything I wanted and not worry but with fsx I have to be concered about stuff like that. How much impact on FPS is there and is it worth the money.

3 finally I read that fsx model ai is better but I dont want to buy to many addons for fsx just because of the performance issue. Dont want to waste money if I cant use it. Is WOAI Ok even though it isnt fsx models.

Thanks

GEXn and UTX together actually increase FPS because they do something to the autogen (Nick can explain) that makes things easier and look WAY better

I use WoAI and it is fine with FSX. I have all of their packages downloaded and it actually helps with performance because FSX won't load the jetways in the airports unless it's a default aircraft
