Virtual Cockpit & Triple Head 2Go

I have just bought Triple Head 2 Go and am using 3 monitors with FSX. This works great but I have problems using virtual cockpit in most default aircraft. In order to see anything of the outside world I have to move the eyepoint back but it will only go back as far as the pilot seats which then blocks the forward view. Is there any way of removing seats from the Virtual cockpit or (as seems to happen automatically in FS2004) making them transparent?
Any help much appreciated

Hi,
edit the FSX.cfg file and enable true widescreen support... there's an option there called 'wideview' or something like that that will enable true widescreen support, set it to 1 (true) and it will enable hor+ rendering
this means that FSX will render more view area to the sides of the original 4:3 frame (aka Horizontal +), intead of enlarging that frame and chopping the tops and bottoms (or vertical -)
welcome to the world of surround gaming, i bought mine 2 years ago and wouldn't even consider going back

Thanks . Wideview was already set to True. The problem I have is not chopping off of top or bottom of the screen. Its not being able to see the instruments in Virtual Cockpit because as you move the eyepoint back the seat gets in the way.
Any ideas how to remove the seats from VC or make them transparent. I have seen screen shots of cockpit views which dont have this problem so it must be possible
Cheers
