Getting rid of the "are you sure..." messages

Postby Konrad9 » Sun Feb 22, 2009 3:15 pm

I tried to do a search for this but I wasn't really sure what to search for... didn't find anything.

Most of the time I use a plane (or whatever) in FSX that isn't using 100% new FSX-designed everything, I get prompted with "Hey, this is old, are you sure you want to use it?" Sometimes it's just one or two things, but it can be a fairly large amount of items.

I am wondering if and/or how people bypass, or ideally avoid, these aggravation inducing prompts.  I know it's not much, but when I just want to hop in for a few minutes and I have to spend 5 minutes hitting "Yes" "Yes" "Yes" "Oh Baby" "Yes" "Yes" etc etc, it gets unhappy-fying.  : (

Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

Hi. This sounds like the warning for incompatible gauges. The only way over it is to identify the offending files & delete them. Trying new gauges in the Panel folder of the aircraft they belong to makes this much easier.
