Posted: Wed Feb 04, 2009 4:54 pmIf your talking about a virtual cockpit panel, then the global texture resolution setting controls how crisp everything looks.

Posted: Thu Feb 05, 2009 8:07 am"Global texture resolution" in Settings -> Display -> Graphics affects VC textures. Might want to make sure it is set to "Very High".
