FSX including FSX Steam version.

Need Terrain Help

Southern Califirnia. I do not know how to fix this. I
must have put in a scenery update ?????
But All I have here is a holl in the ground is there a scenery editor
that will repair this?

Yea I've trying to figure out What got installed.
I have even turned off all addon scenery.
no luck yet

Found it. It is the
UT Exclusions For Default Scenery
I turn that off the lake comes back.

Scenery/UtExcl

now which bgl in that folder.

If I remember Salton Sea is BELOW SEA LEVEL in reality. I've just flown from that airport on FSX and I get a reading of -81.2ft on rwy. Not sure how accurate that is to reality. It might be a mesh thing because its below sea level not sure but maybe the mesh boffs can answer it.

UT Exclusions For Default Scenery
and all is well. It must be something about UT.

Best of luck with turning that scenery layer off, should get interesting.

BTW, the bug was fixed in a patch almost two years ago.

Back to norm.
