That's odd. Default planes should run smoother than add-on planes in most cases.

Perhaps the default planes are using some graphic effects that put your CPU/Graphic card to its knees.
For example, the texture size of the default planes is quite big, whereas the one of the addons (especially from FS9) is smaller.
Some questions:
- What is your graphic card ?
- What are your graphic settings ? (general + aircraft)
- What happens if you lower the "global texture size" slider down one crank ?
- What happens if you unselect the option "high res virtual cockpit" ?

Do you have your framerate locked? If not, lock it at 20. Save up the money and upgrade your video card. It will make a world of difference. :D

Locking the framerates lower can free up a great deal of resources. Try 20-25, 30 and unlimited.

I think your video card is too old and is struggling with the new graphical effects.

Just one more thing to try: what happens if you set the "special effects" slider to the minimum ?
Also, ensure that the light bloom is disabled, just like the self-shadowing.

I try the specials effects to the minimum and still the same.
i think unless i get a better video card there's no cure.
what's the light bloom anyways?

The light bloom is this glowing effect around the sun, the aircraft lights, the runway lights and the various sun reflections (on the aircraft or on the buildings). It's beautifull but it kills the performance in DX9.
