I have been trying to get my GF to go flying with me for a year, and she said playing a game is alot different then real flying.
I said if i can take off and fly and land without looking out the windshield would you? she said yes.
I set up the route i want to take with her oQ5 to acv. took off turned the auto pilot on, set up the ILS approach, flew to the localizer, and then the glideslope and landed on the runway, all without touching the joystick.
she said i didnt even steer the plane, i said i didnt need to, the auto pilot takes care of everything, im only there to mess things up.

You'd probably instill more confidence in her.. if you navigated and shot the ILS yourself.. rather than watching an autopilot do it...

1: Was this IRL?

2: If so, I consider it stupid to leave the autopilot on like that.

3: If so, it's called a 'yoke' or 'stick', not joystick.

4: The autopilot isn't there to fly the plane, it's there to take a load off the pilot.

5: If IRL, have you ever taken flight lessons?

IRL = "In Real Life"?  if so, what is this "Real Life" thing of which you speak?  Is it something like Virtual Reality?   :-?
