FNG here!  I have a query that I cannot find an answer for.....even after searching the boards.....

I'm getting a new PC this weekend and I need to know if there's any way to save the logbook & rewards onto a thumb/flash/disc, then transfer to the new PC when I uninstall FSX off of this one and install to the new one?

I already have all my add-ons saved to flashdrives, but I can't figure out the log/reward dilemma.

I know this is sort of a noob question, but I've looked at all of the FSX 'innards' and can't see where the log/reward file or directory is......

Thanx!  Now I do feel a tad noobish.  The FAQ section is probably the only area I hadn't looked into.

go to LocalDisk/Documents & Settings/your name/Application Data/ Microsoft/FSX and you'll find 2 files. GrantedRewards.BIN and GrantedRewardsOld.BIN. I'm not sure if you need both but I'd copy both just in case. By the way we we're al noobs once welcome to SimV!

I looked right where you directed and voila, c&p'd onto the same flash that I copied my downloaded aircraft on.  Very cool!!!
