just wondering of you that has real environment xtreme what impact on framerate does it have.

No impact really.
If you choose the 4096 cloud resolution it could lower frame rates on some low end sys. Resolutions down to 512 are offered.
Other than that, no problems.

None at all here. Other than at the super-high setting, I think it actually benefits more when the texture sizes match the other textures in use - by autogen and VC. For most, most of the time, that means 1024.

I just got REX this week and there really has been no noticeable drop in performance for me. I use the 2048 resolution textures.
