texture problem when installed a new aircraft!

how come when i install a NEW AIRCRAFT in fsx i get this?

looks like you have the textures installed incorrectly :-?

Possibly, but my guess is it's a compatibility issue...

Are you running in Dx10 preview mode? If so, try turning it off.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

oh, so i jus needa turn the DX10 off and it will run fine correct? cause i really dont wanna mess with the aircraft.cfg.. i suck at it -_- o yeah i downloaded that at POsky where can i get the gudges for it? O.o
