i try to add a new texture in the 747 but when i click save they gave me a error saying that they DENIED my changes and it wont be anable to make any changes to the aicraft.cfg any1 know how to reslove this problem?
tried to open with Microsoft word 2007 also didn't work

and im running on Vista Ultimate

Copy the .cfg to the desktop, rename .cfg in aircraft folder as a backup, open the desktop copy and edit, close/save, copy-paste back into the aircraft folder.

(Edit:  This is done in Notepad.)

I know what you are talking about it did it to me for a while, real easy fix:
Before you start edited any thing on a particular plane:, right click the Aircraft Folder, go to  properties, then the security tab, edit, then click on user from the list, and click to first 2 unchecked boxes, and save.

Once you do it once it, only takes like 2min the next time. It is a way to keep people from messing with important files, but in FS you mess with them a lot so it just slows you down. Do it for all the planes in the folder and you should never have to worry about that again.

rule of thumb: NEVER install anything to the C drive's program files folder...
