Hi,

So where is the GPS Switch button on the VC Panel or 2d Panel for the POSKY 777? as I fly Simulation frame rate x16 with Autopilot turned on for International flights.

Is there maybe some keyboard Function to switch NAV to GPS Mode?:

You can get much better quality in those screens, they're waaaaaaay overcompressed.

As for the GPS / Nav switch, you can assign a key to that function, in Settings -> Controls.

:)

Or you could fly it yourself at a normal sim rate  ;)

Not really all that fun watching a panel fly over the ocean. And by going 16x is shows your just trying to skip it anyway, so why are you doing it in the first place?

;)  Sorry, Ive been converted, its turned into an automatic reaction.  :P

Anyway, FSX does not have a default command for the Nav/GPS, if I remember correctly anyway. Best way is to assign your own. I personally use a joystick button.

Its is very boring flying over the Pacific or Atlantic Ocean for hours,  I really enjoy the Takeoffs\Departures and Approaches\ Landings and all the AI traffic that comes with it.

Then do shorter hops  ;)

You still get all the excitement, without all the waiting.

I do sometimes short hops, but sometimes I like action with the Heavies  :)
